Some random photos that I had and wanted to share.
Great Flood January 1927 Anna May Brown House
Irene Wesbecker Frey and her Car
Not sure who’s car this was but it was a nice old photo.
We have the 1937 flood photo in our family. The Brown's house is where my father grew up.
ReplyDeleteWho is your Father?
ReplyDeleteDad was Charles Brown Jr. son of Charles Brown Sr. who was Anna May Brown and Samuel Brown's brother. Their mother Anna Wesbecker is my great-grandmother.
ReplyDeleteSo we are relatives. That is so cool. My Great-Grandmother was Florence Wesbecker, Anna Wesbeckers sister. I am glad that you can enjoy the blog also. We ended up living in Cedar City, Utah because my Grandparents came here to work. If you have more photos of your family that would be great to see them. My email address is jtashdown@msn.com if you can scan them in if not that is ok also.
ReplyDeleteHello Tash,
ReplyDeleteThanks to DNA testing, and some great research from a distant Scheid cousin in Germany, we now have the accurate connection between Susan Fromholt & the Wesbecker sisters. Susan was actually a 2nd cousin to them, as her grandfather Adam Ball was a brother to the girls grandmother, Katherine Ball Mathes. You can still reach me at migen_46774(at) yahoo.com
